PAYMENT POLICY

Pay at checkout with Paypal, major credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. FL residents: 7% sales tax will be automatically added to your order.

Customs and duties in other countries are to be paid by the buyer if your postal provider requires it. The UK is hitting people hard with customs fees lately. Do your research first to find out what it could be. Sellers in one country have no way of knowing who "might" be charged extra by customs in another country. It is usually random and like rolling the dice. You may not get a fee one time but will another.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

ūüď¨ We ship from Fort Lauderdale, FL using the United States Postal Service. Mail pick-up is around 11AM (EST). So, your order will likely go out the day after it is placed but please allow up to 2 business days for processing, especially during the Holidays.
ūüď¶ First Class Shipping takes 4-6 business days and is only available up to 15.9 oz. (2.5 yds. of fabric) and anything more is shipped Priority or parcel if it is a very large order. If you would like insurance for 1-2 yards, please choose Priority at¬†checkout. All orders 3 yards + have Priority insurance included up to $100.
‚úĒÔłŹ Delivery tracking is always included, even with First Class. You can upgrade a 1 or 2yd. purchase to Priority 2-3 days yourself at checkout. Remember: 2.75 yds or more is ALWAYS shipped Priority so you do NOT need to purchase it. The USPS does not "guarantee" 2-3 days.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure correct address with your payment, when checking out. Please, double check!! We ship to the address shown on your payment receipt/invoice. Items that are shipped to a wrong address can be diverted in transit to a different address for a fee of $15. Contact us ASAP because some orders ship the same day. 

Assume that items purchased after 12PM EST on Friday will ship the next Monday. It will probably ship Friday or Saturday but it is not guaranteed.

NOTE: When you see a shipping label has been created, that means your order has just been packaged up and IS going out the door that day. We do NOT print labels ahead of time like other businesses do. The post office does not update very well, so it can take two days to see movement in the tracking. On a very rare occasion I print a label, miss my carrier and can not make it to a drop box or PO before last pick-up/closing. 

 

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you have a request for additional yardage than is shown available or if there is a fabric you want but don't see, please, feel free to ask! There is a chance that if there is enough interest, we can order it or it might just already be on order and you'll be one of the first to know.  

We are located just 8 miles from Art Gallery Fabrics, so it is easy for us to pick up new stock from them. 

 

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

 Check the PRE-ORDER section for sale pricing on upcoming collections. Read listings carefully for release dates! Some are over 6 months away. Buy  early and save!! Sales are for a limited time. Sale end dates are explained in the description. If collections are delayed, it will be added to the description.

 Buying through pre-order helps the manufacturers order enough for demand. It means you will get exactly what you want before collections sell out. Some sell out immediately after being released and there are some that will never be reprinted again. Blend is a manufacturer who rarely reprints designs and they are known for selling out quickly.

If you do not see this section on the left, then that means there are no current pre-orders. Check back! 

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your fabric, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item(s) purchase price. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Fabric should be uncut, unwashed and in the exact condition you received it. Clearance fabrics are not valid to be returned. Please contact us at thepalmcottage@aol.com for return authorization.
